STATEMENT

Light, the interaction of colors, and the sensations associated with the perception create the images of my work. Color is the wavering light, it creates rhythms when I try to express it with the inner motifs.
When I look at the paintings as a window, I realize that I am always shifting together with naturescape.
Mountains, ocean, plants, creatures,  paintings, and so on, the visible world and the invisible world are all connected to each other at some point.
The essence of the connection is everywhere as marks, movement, forms, and colors.
In the painting, positive and negative spaces can equally exist at the same time, and sometimes both can be the other way around.
These are important elements for me to keep working on paintings. 
Paintings give me multiple perspectives and reveal to me what matters are looked like before they were abstracted by language.
In terms of representing the mind images in my paintings, I accumulate my memories, my senses, and with time they become a part of the canvases.
Waves, light,  plants, cloud, stone, time…these memories are layered with colors.
Everything is changing moment to moment, and so I mark the present in time in a painting.
